  • 280 g bread flour
  • 30 g honey
  • 5 g salt
  • 30 g soft unsalted butter
  • 4 g dry instant yeast
  • 15 g eggs
  • 145 g milk
  • 125 g roll-in butter
  • 5 g turmeric

Instructions

  1. Make the dough by combining 280g bread flour, 30g honey, 5g salt, 30g soft unsalted butter, 4g dry instant yeast, 15g eggs, and 145g milk. Knead until smooth.
  2. Chill the dough in the fridge overnight.
  3. Laminate the dough with 125g roll-in butter using 1 double fold and 1 single fold. Roll into a rectangle measuring 8.6x6.7 inches (22x17 cm).
  4. Divide the rectangle into 8 pieces and roll each piece tightly.
  5. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 22-25 minutes until golden.
