Honey Croissant Loaf

- 280 g bread flour
- 30 g honey
- 5 g salt
- 30 g soft unsalted butter
- 4 g dry instant yeast
- 15 g eggs
- 145 g milk
- 125 g roll-in butter
- 5 g turmeric
Instructions
- Make the dough by combining 280g bread flour, 30g honey, 5g salt, 30g soft unsalted butter, 4g dry instant yeast, 15g eggs, and 145g milk. Knead until smooth.
- Chill the dough in the fridge overnight.
- Laminate the dough with 125g roll-in butter using 1 double fold and 1 single fold. Roll into a rectangle measuring 8.6x6.7 inches (22x17 cm).
- Divide the rectangle into 8 pieces and roll each piece tightly.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 22-25 minutes until golden.
