Eggs in a Cup

Instructions
- Bring a pot of water to a boil.
- Gently lower the eggs into the boiling water and cook for 6½ minutes.
- Transfer the eggs to an ice bath for about 30 seconds, then peel them.
- Place a knob of butter into a cup.
- Add the peeled eggs to the cup.
- Sprinkle with fleur de sel and a generous amount of black pepper.
- Mash the eggs together with the butter until creamy.
- Serve immediately.
