Healthy Banana Pudding

A light, sugar‑free banana pudding made with instant pudding mix, whipped topping, vanilla wafers, and ripe bananas.

  • 1 cups sugar free vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk of choice
  • 1 tsp truwhip original whipped topping (thawed)
  • 42 vanilla wafer cookies
  • 3 medium just‑ripe bananas (sliced into coins)

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the pudding mix with milk for 2 minutes, then let stand for 5 minutes in the fridge to thicken.
  2. Gently fold in the whipped topping until combined.
  3. Assemble the banana pudding in a trifle dish, starting with a layer of wafer cookies, followed by about a quarter of the pudding mixture; add another layer of wafer cookies, then banana slices and another quarter of the pudding mixture; repeat the layering, finishing with a layer of the pudding mixture.
  4. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
  5. When ready to serve, top with a few more crushed wafer cookies and banana slices.
