- 2 lb thin chicken cutlets
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1/2 juice from lemon
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cups bread crumbs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400.
- Mix all ingredients together and marinate chicken.
- Dip each piece of chicken in the bread crumbs and place on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake 15 minutes.
- Flip.
- Bake additional 10 minutes.
