Tahini Almond Sesame Cookies
Nutty, slightly sweet cookies featuring almond flour, tahini, and toasted sesame seeds for a wholesome Middle Eastern-inspired treat.

- 1 cups almond powder
- 1/2 cups tahini
- 1/3 cups roasted sesame seeds
- 1/3 cups maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F (180 C).
- Line one or two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the almond powder, tahini, sesame seeds, maple syrup, vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt until a cohesive dough forms.
- Scoop out 1 tablespoon portions of dough and roll each into a ball.
- Place the balls on the prepared baking sheets and flatten each to about 1 cm thick and 5 cm in diameter.
- Bake one sheet at a time for 10 to 12 minutes until the edges are lightly browned.
- Cool the cookies on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
Store cooled cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to one week.
