Crispy, oil‑free seaweed chips made from rice paper and nori, ready in just a few minutes. From thefoodinbox on Instagram.

  • rice paper
  • nori sushi seaweed
  • salt
  • sesame seeds
  • water for dipping the rice paper

Instructions

  1. Take 1 sheet of nori seaweed and sprinkle a generous amount of salt and sesame seeds on top.
  2. Quickly dip 1 sheet of rice paper in water and place it over the seaweed, pressing down so it sticks.
  3. Trim the rice paper/seaweed so that they are both the same size, then cut into 4 quarters.
  4. Place the pieces into small bowls and microwave for two minutes – that’s it!
