Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cup walnuts
  • 1.5 cup cashews
  • 1 cup sliced almonds
  • 3/4 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
  • 2 tbsp almond flour
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. pulse walnuts and cashews in food processor
  2. in a bowl whisk maple syrup, olive oil and vanilla and then add in remainder of ingredients
  3. spread evenly on parchment paper
  4. bake @350 for approx 18-20 mins Credit to @saladsnsweets instagram
