Favourite nutty granola

- 1.5 cup walnuts
- 1.5 cup cashews
- 1 cup sliced almonds
- 3/4 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
- 2 tbsp almond flour
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- pulse walnuts and cashews in food processor
- in a bowl whisk maple syrup, olive oil and vanilla and then add in remainder of ingredients
- spread evenly on parchment paper
