Honey Dijon BBQ Chicken
Juicy chicken thighs grilled with a quick honey-Dijon glaze for caramelized edges and finished in the oven.

- 1.5 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 1/4 cups honey
- 3 tbsp dijon mustard
- 3 garlic
- 1 tbsp chicken seasoning
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp tamari
Instructions
- Preheat a gas or charcoal grill to high heat.
- Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
- Season both sides of the chicken with chicken seasoning, black pepper, and onion powder.
- Combine the honey, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, and tamari in a small bowl to make the glaze.
- Place the seasoned chicken on the hot grill grates.
- Grill the chicken for 2 minutes on the first side without moving it.
- Brush the top with the honey-Dijon glaze, flip, and grill 2 minutes on the second side.
- Brush the second side with more glaze.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking sheet and finish in a 400°F oven until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Remove from the oven and let rest 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Chicken thighs stay juicier than breasts when cooked at high grill heat; adjust glaze sweetness to taste.
