- 2 tbsp plain greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 4 tbsp almond flour
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

- 1 tbsp dark chocolate chips

Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine the coconut oil, almond milk, vanilla extract, and Greek yogurt. If the coconut oil is solid, microwave the bowl for 10-15 seconds to melt it; whisk until combined.
- In a separate bowl, mix the oat flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and a pinch of salt.
- Stir the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined; fold in the chocolate chips if using.
- Pour the batter into a microwave-safe mug and microwave on high for 1-2 minutes, until the center is set but still moist.
- Let cool for 1 minute before enjoying straight from the mug.
