  • 2 handfuls frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 20 oz organic whole milk
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 scoops vanilla whey protein
  • to taste honey
  • to taste salt

Instructions

  2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Adjust taste with more honey and salt if needed and serve immediately.
