Maple Cinnamon granola
Ingredients

- 4 rolled oats
- 1/2 coconut oil
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1/2 chopped almonds1/2
- 1/2 chopped pecans
- 1/2 dried coconut
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 pure maple syrup
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
Add in options after baking
- 1/2 dried cran raisins
- 1/2 raisins
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 250
- Combine oats and coconut oil (if solid warm in micro just until liquid) until thoroughly mixed.
- Add cinnamon, almonds, pecans, coconut and salt. Mix until well combined
- Add maple syrup and stir to coat evenly.
- Line 1 or 2 baking sheets with parchment paper and spread mixture in thin layer
- Bake for 45 min, stir and bake another 45 min. Don’t over cook. If browning too quick reduce time.
- Remove from oven and let cool completely. Once cool you can add dried fruit. Switch up your favorite dried fruit or chocolate morsels
- Keep in airtight container at room temp. Great on yogurt, ice cream, served with milk as muesli, for snacking on the go.
