- homemade furikake
- green tea dashi
- a little dollop wasabi
Instructions
- Steam the white rice until fluffy.
- Prepare the green‑tea dashi using the dashi packs according to package instructions.
- Thinly slice the green onions.
- Season the salmon fillet and sear it in a hot pan until cooked through.
- In each serving bowl, place a portion of the steamed rice.
- Top the rice with a generous amount of sliced green onions, the seared salmon, and pieces of seaweed.
- Add more green onions on top, sprinkle with homemade furikake, and pour the hot green‑tea dashi over the bowl.
- Finish with a small dollop of wasabi.
