  • 1/2 tsp sriracha sauce
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • as needed cooking oil spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper or lightly spray with cooking oil.
  2. In a shallow bowl, whisk together 2 eggs, 2 tablespoons tamari, 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil, and 1/2 teaspoon sriracha sauce until well combined.
  3. In another shallow bowl, mix 1 cup bread crumbs with 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper, 1 teaspoon dried basil, 1 teaspoon dried oregano, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
