- Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper or lightly spray with cooking oil.
- In a shallow bowl, whisk together 2 eggs, 2 tablespoons tamari, 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil, and 1/2 teaspoon sriracha sauce until well combined.
- In another shallow bowl, mix 1 cup bread crumbs with 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper, 1 teaspoon dried basil, 1 teaspoon dried oregano, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
- Pat 4 chicken thighs dry with paper towels and season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Dip each chicken thigh into the wet marinade, coating all sides, then dredge in the dry bread crumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
- Place the coated chicken thighs on the prepared cookie sheet, ensuring they are not touching.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F and the coating is golden and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
