Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and remove any yellow outer leaves. Cut larger sprouts in half lengthwise.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and paprika until evenly coated.
  4. Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the sprouts are tender and caramelized on the edges.
  6. Remove from the oven and serve hot.
