High-Protein Yogurt Egg Mousse

A fluffy, high-protein baked mousse made with Greek yogurt, eggs, and cocoa powder, cooked in an air fryer for a unique egg alternative. From juanfelipefit on Instagram.

  • 150 g greek yogurt
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 30 g protein powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tbsp greek yogurt
  • pistachios

Instructions

  1. In a mold or bowl, mix 150g Greek yogurt with 2 eggs until it forms a soft cream like mousse.
  2. Add 2 tbsp cocoa powder and mix well.
  3. Optional: Add 30g protein powder for extra protein.
  4. Add a pinch of salt and mix until the mixture is homogeneous.
  5. Preheat air fryer to 160°C and cook for 15 minutes.
  6. Let rest for 12-15 minutes.
  7. Serve topped with 1 tbsp Greek yogurt and a handful of pistachios.
