High-Protein Yogurt Egg Mousse

- 150 g greek yogurt
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 30 g protein powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tbsp greek yogurt
- pistachios
Instructions
- In a mold or bowl, mix 150g Greek yogurt with 2 eggs until it forms a soft cream like mousse.
- Add 2 tbsp cocoa powder and mix well.
- Optional: Add 30g protein powder for extra protein.
- Add a pinch of salt and mix until the mixture is homogeneous.
- Preheat air fryer to 160°C and cook for 15 minutes.
- Let rest for 12-15 minutes.
- Serve topped with 1 tbsp Greek yogurt and a handful of pistachios.
