Homemade LMNT-Style Lemon Electrolyte Mix

15m

A simple, low‑carb electrolyte powder that mimics store‑bought LMNT, delivering a refreshing lemon flavor and balanced minerals for hydration.

Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 1000 g fine sodium chloride (table salt or fine sea salt)
  • 154 g potassium chloride (nosalt)
  • 156 g magnesium malate
  • 80 g dehydrated lemon powder (medium flavor)

Instructions

  1. Weigh all ingredients accurately using a gram scale.
  2. Combine the salts and lemon powder in a large bowl.
  3. Mix thoroughly until the powders are completely uniform.
  4. Transfer the finished mix to an airtight container and store in a cool, dry place.

Notes

Each serving is 3.475 g of mix, which yields roughly 400 servings. Adjust the water volume (16–32 oz) to taste; more water gives a milder flavor, less water a stronger electrolyte punch. Can go higher on lemon powder

Cooking up that homemade LMNT. Super economical. Tastes the same more or less but not sweet since I didn’t add stevia
