- 150 g raw chicken breast
- 45 g light cheddar cheese
- 1 medium egg
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a food processor or blender, combine 150g raw chicken breast, 45g light cheddar cheese, 1 medium egg, 1/4 tsp paprika, 1/4 tsp salt, and 1/2 tsp garlic powder. Blend until smooth and well combined.
- Form the mixture into nugget shapes and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, flipping halfway if needed, until golden and cooked through (internal temperature 75°C).
