  • 150 g raw chicken breast
  • 45 g light cheddar cheese
  • 1 medium egg
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a food processor or blender, combine 150g raw chicken breast, 45g light cheddar cheese, 1 medium egg, 1/4 tsp paprika, 1/4 tsp salt, and 1/2 tsp garlic powder. Blend until smooth and well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into nugget shapes and place on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 18-20 minutes, flipping halfway if needed, until golden and cooked through (internal temperature 75°C).
