- 14 oz firm tofu
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp everything but the elote seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with a silicone mat or parchment paper.
- Press the tofu: Wrap the block in a clean kitchen towel or paper towel to remove excess moisture.
- Cut the pressed tofu into cubes.
- Toss the tofu cubes with olive oil and desired spices until evenly coated.
- Arrange the tofu cubes in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the tofu is golden and crispy on the edges.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving as a snack, side, or protein addition to salads or bowls.
