  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup plain yogurt

  • 1 handful ice cubes

  1. Peel and segment 2 medium oranges, removing any seeds.
  2. Add the orange segments to a blender.
  3. Slice 1 ripe banana and add it to the blender.
  4. Pour in 1 cup plain yogurt.
  5. Add 1 cup milk.
  6. Drizzle in 1 tablespoon honey for sweetness.
  7. Add a handful of ice cubes for chill.
  8. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 1 minute.
  9. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
