Sausage & Gnocchi Sheet Pan Meal
This sausage & gnocchi sheet pan meal is my go‑to for an easy, always delicious dinner! Roasted with cherry tomatoes, tossed in pesto & served with a ball of burrata. From cookwithauds on Instagram.

- 1 lb italian sausage, broken into pieces
- 1 gnocchi
- 16 oz cherry tomatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp italian seasoning
- 1/3 cups pesto
- big handful spinach
- ball burrata
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 415°F (210°C).
- Place the Italian sausage pieces, gnocchi, and cherry tomatoes on a sheet pan. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Roast for 25‑30 minutes, until the sausage is cooked through and the tomatoes are softened.
- Remove from the oven and toss the roasted mixture with pesto and the spinach until the spinach wilts slightly.
- Serve the sheet‑pan meal with a ball of burrata on top.
