Cheesy Buffalo Chicken Sliders

Roasted cajun chicken layered with melted shredded cheese, ranch, buffalo sauce, and crunchy pickles make a bold, sweet‑savory sandwich on soft Hawaiian rolls.

  • 1 pound boars head cajun chicken or your fave chicken of choice
  • 0.5 cup sweet baby rays buffalo sauce
  • 1.5 cup shredded cheese
  • 0.5 cup your fave ranch
  • 1 jar klausen sliced pickles
  • 1 pack hawaiian sweet rolls

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
  2. Separate Hawaiian rolls and split in half
  3. Toss the chicken in buffalo sauce
  4. Layer a few strips of chicken on top of bottom bun
  5. Add shredded cheese on top of chicken
  6. Add ranch to top of Hawaiian roll bun
  7. Place top buns on the sliders and cover with aluminum foil
  8. Add sliders into oven for 20 minutes covered on 350 degrees
  9. Uncover and let cook in oven for 5-6 minutes
  10. Take out of oven and let cool
  11. Serve the sandwiches hot, with extra ranch or buffalo sauce on the side if desired.
  12. Optional: add pickles to sandwich if you like pickles too :)
