Cheesy Buffalo Chicken Sliders
Roasted cajun chicken layered with melted shredded cheese, ranch, buffalo sauce, and crunchy pickles make a bold, sweet‑savory sandwich on soft Hawaiian rolls.

- 1 pound boars head cajun chicken or your fave chicken of choice
- 0.5 cup sweet baby rays buffalo sauce
- 1.5 cup shredded cheese
- 0.5 cup your fave ranch
- 1 jar klausen sliced pickles
- 1 pack hawaiian sweet rolls
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- Separate Hawaiian rolls and split in half
- Toss the chicken in buffalo sauce
- Layer a few strips of chicken on top of bottom bun
- Add shredded cheese on top of chicken
- Add ranch to top of Hawaiian roll bun
- Place top buns on the sliders and cover with aluminum foil
- Add sliders into oven for 20 minutes covered on 350 degrees
- Uncover and let cook in oven for 5-6 minutes
- Take out of oven and let cool
- Serve the sandwiches hot, with extra ranch or buffalo sauce on the side if desired.
- Optional: add pickles to sandwich if you like pickles too :)
