Carrot Orange Ginger Juice with Cinnamon
A vibrant, nutrient-packed juice blending the sweetness of carrots and oranges with the zesty kick of ginger and a warm touch of cinnamon, perfect for a healthy morning boost or refreshing drink anytime.

- 4 medium carrots
- 3 large oranges
- 2 inch piece fresh ginger
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Wash and peel 4 medium carrots, 3 oranges, and a 2-inch piece of fresh ginger.
- Cut the carrots and ginger into smaller pieces that fit your juicer.
- Peel the oranges and remove any seeds.
- Feed the carrots, oranges, and ginger through a juicer, collecting the juice in a pitcher.
- Strain the collected juice through a fine mesh sieve to remove any pulp.
- Add 1/2 cup of water and stir in 1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon until well incorporated.
- Pour into glasses over ice if desired and serve immediately.
Notes
If you don't have a juicer, blend the ingredients with a little water and strain through a fine mesh sieve for a similar result. Adjust ginger for desired spiciness.
