Carrot Orange Ginger Juice with Cinnamon

A vibrant, nutrient-packed juice blending the sweetness of carrots and oranges with the zesty kick of ginger and a warm touch of cinnamon, perfect for a healthy morning boost or refreshing drink anytime.

  • 4 medium carrots
  • 3 large oranges
  • 2 inch piece fresh ginger
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Wash and peel 4 medium carrots, 3 oranges, and a 2-inch piece of fresh ginger.
  2. Cut the carrots and ginger into smaller pieces that fit your juicer.
  3. Peel the oranges and remove any seeds.
  4. Feed the carrots, oranges, and ginger through a juicer, collecting the juice in a pitcher.
  5. Strain the collected juice through a fine mesh sieve to remove any pulp.
  6. Add 1/2 cup of water and stir in 1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon until well incorporated.
  7. Pour into glasses over ice if desired and serve immediately.

Notes

If you don't have a juicer, blend the ingredients with a little water and strain through a fine mesh sieve for a similar result. Adjust ginger for desired spiciness.
