One-Pot Little Smokies

- 14 oz little smokies
- 1 medium onion
- 1 medium bell pepper
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 cup bbq sauce
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add 1 chopped onion and 1 sliced bell pepper; sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened.
- Stir in 2 minced garlic cloves and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the little smokies to the skillet and cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Pour in 1 cup BBQ sauce, 1/4 cup ketchup, 2 tbsp brown sugar, 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, and 1/2 tsp smoked paprika; stir to combine.
- Bring to a simmer, reduce heat to low, and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens.
- Serve hot with rice or as an appetizer.
