Cranberry Tuna Salad

A bright, tangy twist on classic tuna salad that’s ready in minutes and perfect for sandwiches, crackers, or lettuce wraps.

  • 5 oz solid tuna, drained
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 0.125 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Drain the tuna and place it in a medium bowl, breaking it up with a fork.
  2. Stir in the mayonnaise until the tuna is evenly coated.
  3. Add the dried cranberries and gently fold them into the mixture.
  4. Season with salt and black pepper, tasting and adjusting the seasoning as needed.
  5. Serve immediately on crackers, toast, or lettuce leaves, or refrigerate covered for up to 24 hours.

Notes

For extra crunch, fold in a handful of finely chopped celery or sliced almonds (optional).
