Cranberry Tuna Salad
A bright, tangy twist on classic tuna salad that’s ready in minutes and perfect for sandwiches, crackers, or lettuce wraps.

- 5 oz solid tuna, drained
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 0.25 tsp salt
- 0.125 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Drain the tuna and place it in a medium bowl, breaking it up with a fork.
- Stir in the mayonnaise until the tuna is evenly coated.
- Add the dried cranberries and gently fold them into the mixture.
- Season with salt and black pepper, tasting and adjusting the seasoning as needed.
- Serve immediately on crackers, toast, or lettuce leaves, or refrigerate covered for up to 24 hours.
Notes
For extra crunch, fold in a handful of finely chopped celery or sliced almonds (optional).
