Veal Parmigiana

Ingredients

Ingredients

  • veal cutlets 1/8 to 1/4 thick pounded
  • buffalo mozzarella
  • eggs
  • white flower
  • breadcrumbs
  • tomato sauce
  • parmigian cheese
  • vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Pat veal dry
  2. Cover in flower
  3. Dip in eggs
  4. Cover in breadcrumbs
  5. Pan fry in vegetable oil
  6. Place in oven safe dish
  7. Layer on som buffalo mozzarella
  8. Add tomato sauce and basil
  9. Cook in oven at 350 until finished
