- veal cutlets 1/8 to 1/4 thick pounded
- buffalo mozzarella
- eggs
- white flower
- breadcrumbs
- tomato sauce
- parmigian cheese
- vegetable oil
Instructions
- Pat veal dry
- Cover in flower
- Dip in eggs
- Cover in breadcrumbs
- Pan fry in vegetable oil
- Place in oven safe dish
- Layer on som buffalo mozzarella
- Add tomato sauce and basil
- Cook in oven at 350 until finished
