- 2 tsp baking powder

- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Whisk together the all purpose flour, baking powder, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and dried parsley.
- Add the sausage to the bowl and mix with your hands until the mixture resembles crumbly meat.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and grated Parmesan until evenly distributed.
- Pour in the milk and olive oil, then mix until a cohesive dough forms.
- Roll the mixture into golf-ball sized balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 1 inch apart.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the balls are golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
- Serve warm with dipping sauce or a fresh green salad.
- Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
