Chocolate Protein Ice Cream

A quick, high‑protein chocolate ice cream made with milk, banana, whey protein, and cocoa.

  • 1 cups 1% fairlife milk
  • ½ banana
  • 2 naked nutrition grass-fed whey protein
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • 5 stevia extract
  • 1 tbsp besti monk fruit erythritol blend
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp stevia-sweetened chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add all of the ingredients into a blender or mason jar except for the chocolate chips. Blend or shake until the ingredients are well combined.
  2. Transfer the liquid to the Creami ice cream pint and place the lid on. Freeze for 18-24 hours.
  3. Once the ice cream base is completely frozen, remove it from the freezer.
  4. Remove the lid and transfer the pint into the Ninja Creami pint holder.
  5. Place the blade into the lid and then place the lid onto the pint holder.
  6. Lock the ice cream into the creami and select either the ice cream or soft serve selections.
  7. If after one round of spinning your ice cream is a little dusty in texture and not creamy, select the “spin again” setting.
  8. Next, make a hole in the ice cream and drop in your chocolate chips. Next, select the “mix-in” setting and let that run. After it’s finished remove the pint from the holder and enjoy.
