Classic Tuna Salad with Avocado Mayo

A simple, refreshing tuna salad made with chunky vegetables and creamy avocado mayonnaise, perfect for sandwiches or a quick lunch.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (5 oz, drained) tuna in water
  • 2 stalks green onions
  • 1 whole dill pickle
  • 1-2 stalks celery
  • 1/4 cup avocado mayonnaise
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper

Instructions

  1. Drain the tuna from the can and flake it into a medium bowl using a fork.
  2. Finely chop the green onions, dill pickle, and celery stalks.
  3. Add the chopped vegetables to the bowl with the tuna.
  4. Stir in the avocado mayonnaise until everything is well combined.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for 10 minutes before serving, if desired.
