Classic Tuna Salad with Avocado Mayo
A simple, refreshing tuna salad made with chunky vegetables and creamy avocado mayonnaise, perfect for sandwiches or a quick lunch.
Ingredients
- 1 can (5 oz, drained) tuna in water
- 2 stalks green onions
- 1 whole dill pickle
- 1-2 stalks celery
- 1/4 cup avocado mayonnaise
- to taste salt
- to taste black pepper
Instructions
- Drain the tuna from the can and flake it into a medium bowl using a fork.
- Finely chop the green onions, dill pickle, and celery stalks.
- Add the chopped vegetables to the bowl with the tuna.
- Stir in the avocado mayonnaise until everything is well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 10 minutes before serving, if desired.
