Lemon Garlic Sautéed Spinach

Instructions
- Mince 3 garlic cloves finely.
- Zest and juice 1 lemon, reserving both.
- Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant, stirring constantly to avoid burning.
- Add 1 pound fresh spinach in batches, stirring until it begins to wilt.
- Squeeze in the juice of 1 lemon and add the lemon zest.
- Season with salt, black pepper, and a pinch of red pepper flakes to taste.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes until the spinach is fully wilted and tender.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle with 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese.
- Serve immediately as a vibrant side dish.
