Little Smokies Cabbage Stir-Fry

- 12 oz little smokies
- 1/2 head cabbage
- 1 large onion
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 inch piece ginger
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Shred 1/2 head of cabbage and slice 1 large onion; mince 2 garlic cloves and grate 1-inch piece of ginger.
- Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add 12 ounces little smokies to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned.
- Push smokies to the side and add the sliced onion; cook for 2 minutes until softened.
- Stir in the shredded cabbage, minced garlic, and grated ginger; cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring frequently, until cabbage is tender-crisp.
- In a small bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup soy sauce, 1 tablespoon sesame oil, and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
- Pour the sauce over the vegetables and smokies; stir well to coat and cook for 1-2 minutes until everything is heated through and combined.
- Remove from heat and serve hot, optionally garnished with chopped green onions.
