- 220 g frozen shelled edamame, thawed or boiled
- juice from a large lime
- 1 large ripe avocado
- handful coriander
- pinch salt and pepper
Instructions
- Add to a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 3 days.
