Simple One-Pan Ground Turkey

- 2 lb ground turkey
- 1–2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 piece onion
- 3–4 cloves garlic
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika or smoked paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp dried oregano or italian seasoning
- 1 tbsp soy sauce or worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil if using.
- Sauté the onion until soft and translucent, about 4–5 minutes.
- Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Crumble in the ground turkey and cook, breaking it up, until no pink remains.
- Season with salt, black pepper, paprika, cumin, and oregano, then stir in soy sauce or Worcestershire.
- Deglaze the pan with a splash of water or broth if needed and simmer 2–3 minutes to meld flavors.
- Taste and adjust seasoning, then serve as desired or store for meal prep.
