Ingredients

Filling

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • salt & pepper, to taste

Dough & Topping

  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • ¼ cups grated parmesan cheese
  • fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess grease and stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix in cream cheese and shredded cheddar until well combined. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  3. Open the biscuit dough and separate into individual biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a circle. Place a spoonful of beef and cheese mixture in the center. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch edges to seal completely.
  4. In a small bowl, mix melted butter and grated Parmesan. Brush the tops of each bomb with this garlic butter mixture.
  5. Arrange the bombs on the baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley for a pop of color. Optional: Serve with marinara, ranch, or burger sauce for dipping.
