- Add the minced garlic, cayenne pepper, salt, and roasted red peppers to the bowl.
- Mix until the ingredients are fully incorporated, scraping down the sides of the bowl and the paddle as needed.
- Fold in the shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses.
- Mix on low speed until the cheese is evenly distributed throughout the dip.
- Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate at 40 degrees F or below until ready to serve.
