Signature Spicy Vodka Pasta

• onion
• salt
• black pepper
• red pepper
• oregano
• olive oil
• 3 cloves garlic
• 1 tube tomato paste
• 1/3 cup vodka
• 1 cup heavy cream
• pasta
• cheese

Instructions

1. Dice an onion and add it to a pan with salt, black pepper, red pepper, and oregano
2. Sauté all of that in olive oil until golden
3. Add 3 cloves of garlic
4. Add an entire tube of tomato paste
5. Cook off tomato paste and then add 1/3 cup vodka
6. Add 1 cup heavy cream
7. Turn off heat on sauce
8. Add salt to pasta water
9. Save some pasta water
10. Mix pasta into sauce along with some pasta water and cheese
