- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- Finely chop the onion and mince the garlic.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, egg, bread crumbs, chopped onion, minced garlic, chili flakes, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Mix the ingredients thoroughly with your hands until evenly combined, being careful not to overmix.
- Scoop about 2 tablespoons of the mixture and roll into 1.5-inch meatballs; place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until the meatballs are browned and reach an internal temperature of 160°F.
- Remove from the oven and let rest for 2 minutes before serving.
