Roasted Red Pepper and Feta Dip

A creamy, smoky dip made with roasted red peppers, feta cheese, and garlic, perfect for serving with pita chips or fresh vegetables.

  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 roasted red peppers
  • 8 oz feta cheese
  • 1 garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
  • pita chips or pita bread
  • pretzels
  • cucumbers, carrot sticks, radishes, broccoli

Instructions

  1. Add the olive oil, roasted red peppers, feta cheese, minced garlic, lemon juice, smoked paprika and cayenne pepper to a food processor or blender.
  2. Process/blend until smooth and desired consistency is reached.
  3. Serve with pita chips and veggies or use as a spread on sandwiches. Enjoy!
