Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Date Bark with Pistachios and Sea Salt
This no-bake treat combines the natural sweetness of Medjool dates with creamy peanut butter, rich dark chocolate, crunchy pistachios, and a touch of sea salt for a satisfying, healthy dessert.

- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 8 oz dark chocolate
- 1/4 cup pistachios
- 1 pinch sea salt
Instructions
- Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- Pit 12 Medjool dates by slicing them lengthwise and removing the pits, then arrange them cut-side up on the prepared sheet in two rows of six, pressing them together to form a bark base.
- Spread 1/2 cup peanut butter evenly over the dates, filling any gaps.
- Melt 8 ounces dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer, spreading it evenly with a spatula to cover completely.
- Sprinkle 1/4 cup chopped pistachios and a pinch of sea salt over the chocolate.
- Freeze for 1-2 hours until firm.
- Remove from the freezer and break into bark-sized pieces to serve.
