Chicken Caesar Smashed Tacos
Quick and easy tacos featuring seasoned ground chicken and a Caesar salad mix, ready in just 20 minutes.
Ingredients
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 6 flour tortillas (6 inch)
- 2 tsp greek seasoning
- 0.25 tsp salt
- 0.25 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 caesar salad mix
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Spread the ground chicken evenly in a very thin layer over each tortilla, covering the meat all the way to the edges.
- Sprinkle the chicken with Greek seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Chop the lettuce from the salad mix into smaller pieces if needed, then toss it with the included dressing packet and cheese.
- Slightly crush the croutons that came with the salad mix and set them aside.
- Heat a griddle or large nonstick skillet over medium‑high heat and spread half of the olive oil on the hot surface.
- Working in two batches, place the prepared tortillas meat‑side down on the griddle and cook undisturbed until the meat is browned and cooked through, about 3 minutes.
- Flip the tacos and cook for another minute; repeat with the remaining tortillas.
- Top the tacos evenly with the Caesar salad mixture and sprinkle with the crushed croutons.
- Fold each taco in half and serve immediately.
- Optional: Sprinkle with freshly grated Parmesan cheese and serve with lemon wedges for extra Caesar flavor.
