Puff Pastry Chocolate Sleeping Bears
Adorable puff pastry treats filled with chocolate and topped with teddy grahams to resemble sleeping bears.

- 4 pieces thawed puff pastry
- 1 4 oz chocolate bar
- 4 teddy grahams
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut a sheet of puff pastry into 4 8 x 2 1/2 inch pieces.
- To each puff pastry piece, place on two squares of chocolate leaving a bit of space on the top.
- Lay a teddy graham on the center of the chocolates.
- Fold the bottom over half of the teddy graham. Crimp the edges of each side. Make sure it’s sealed.
- Make an egg wash by whisking 1 egg.
- Lightly brush the egg wash onto the pastry.
- Bake the pastries at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until puffed and golden.
- Transfer the pastries to a cooling rack and let them cool for 10 minutes.
- Finish them off with an optional dusting of powdered sugar and enjoy!
