- .5 Cup cocoa powder
- .25 Cup espresso (cooled)
- 3 eggs
- 1 Tsp vanilla
- .5 Tsp baking powder
- .25 Tsp salt
- .5 Cup chocolate chips
- homemade whipped cream
Instructions
- Whisk ricotta and powdered sugar together until smooth. Add remaining ingredients until smooth, then chocolate chips. Bake in 9” cake pan at 350 for 30-35 mins.
