Chocolate Espresso Ricotta Torte

  • 1 Cup ricotta
  • .5 Cup powdered sugar
  • .5 Cup cocoa powder
  • .25 Cup espresso (cooled)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 Tsp vanilla
  • .5 Tsp baking powder
  • .25 Tsp salt
  • .5 Cup chocolate chips
  • homemade whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Whisk ricotta and powdered sugar together until smooth. Add remaining ingredients until smooth, then chocolate chips. Bake in 9” cake pan at 350 for 30-35 mins.
