- 1 cups biscoff cookies (crushed)
- 1 cups nilla wafers (crushed)
- 2 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups cold milk
- 1 cups whipped cream (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl combine the instant vanilla pudding mix with the cold milk; whisk for 2‑3 minutes until thickened and let set for a few minutes.
- While the pudding sets, crush the Biscoff cookies and Nilla wafers into fine crumbs; set aside half for topping and half for layering.
- In serving glasses or a trifle dish, start with a layer of cookie‑wafer crumbs, then add a layer of sliced bananas, followed by a generous layer of vanilla pudding. Repeat the layers until ingredients are used, finishing with the remaining crumbs on top.
- If using, pipe or dollop whipped cream over the final crumb layer and chill the pudding for at least 30 minutes before serving.
