Berry Peanut Butter Smoothie Bowl

A creamy and refreshing smoothie bowl made with frozen berries, banana, Greek yogurt, and peanut butter, finished with crunchy granola for a satisfying breakfast or snack.

Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup granola

Instructions

  1. Add the frozen strawberries, blueberries, and banana slices to a blender.
  2. Spoon in the Greek yogurt and peanut butter.
  3. Pour in the almond milk.
  4. Blend on high until completely smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  5. Add a splash more almond milk if the mixture is too thick.
  6. Divide the smoothie between bowls.
  7. Top generously with granola and serve immediately.

Notes

Use less almond milk for a thicker bowl. Swap peanut butter for almond or cashew butter if desired.
